For the first time ever we are adding a Cheering Section to the Derby fundraiser. Please spread the word that extended family, friends, neighbors, etc. can "place a bid on"/donate funds in honor of a special student/stallion. There is no "winner" of the Derby but everyone wins with this fundraising option! Each grade has a "charity" page listed below. Please note that the site requires us to use the word "charity." The PTA is a not-for-profit and can be considered a charity -- but we do acknowledge that the wording is not quite right here! The grade that raises the most money will earn an ice cream party! All donations go directly to students and staff. Money raised by The Derby funds field trips, assemblies, classroom supplies, teacher/staff appreciation events, and community-building nights such as the ice cream social.
