5KRunDead zombie runs will exceed your expectations for fun!  

100% of proceeds benefit scientific research on cancer and Alzheimer's disease.  Your participation in 5KRunDead makes a difference!

Runners will endure a 5K run through a zombie-infested course. Test your speed, endurance, and strength while trying to avoid ravenous zombies! 

Runners will have flags that represent their health. Zombies will try to steal those flags. Runners must make it to the finish line with at least one flag or become one of the walking dead!  

All participants receive a free 5KRunDead t-shirt, refreshments, and a chance at great prizes!
 

Event details and schedule:

  • 2:00 pm: Zombies, make-up artists, and DJ arrive on site.
  • 2:15 pm: Zombies begin free transformation by on-site makeup artists.
  • 3:00 pm: Runners arrive and begin checking in.
  • 4:30 pm: On-site check-in ends. Runners and zombies, please be on-site and checked in by this time (30 minutes prior to the start of the race).
  • 4:40 pm: Zombies are directed to their locations along the course.
  • 4:50 pm: Runners start to line up.
  • 5:00 pm: The 5KRunDead race begins!
  • 5:45 pm: The Recovery (DJ, drinks, snacks).
  • 6:00 pm: Awards ceremony.
