University of Utah Burn Camp Fun Run and Safety Fair "The Hero In Me"

When: Saturday, April 27th 2024

Where: Barnes Park Kaysville, Utah Pavilion #1 (950 W 200 N, Kaysville, UT 84037)

5k start: 0900

• 3 loop course (view course here)
• 3 aid stations with water & Gnarly Nutrition Electrolyte Drink per loop

Kids 1 mi fun run/walk: after 5k is over

• 1 loop course (view course here)
• 3 aid stations with water & Gnarly Nutrition Electrolyte Drink 

Silent Auction & Raffle: opens at 0700 & closes after the kids race

Barnes Park and these races are dog and stroller friendly!

Packet Pickup Options:

Early Pickup: April 26th from 4-7pm 

• at Salt Lake Running Company (2454 S 700 E SLC) OR Striders (1776 N Hill Field Rd Layton)

Race Morning Pickup: April 27th at Barnes Park

• Same-day registration and packet pickup begins at 0700 at the pavilion 
• If doing same-day registration/pickup please give yourself extra time to do so so you can make it to the start line on time! 

Registration includes: 

• 5k includes a T-shirt
• 1 Mile Kids includes a superhero cape

Pricing:

5k

• $25 till March 31st
• April 1st price increases to $30 

1 Mile Kids run

• $10 till March 31st
• April 1st price increase to $13

Raffle tickets

• $5/ticket
• Tickets can be purchased via cash or card at SLRC packet pickup or at the race. Additionally, they can be bought with cash only at Striders packet pickup

Register as as team! Create a team for a chance to pick your own race shirt color. The largest team by April 1st will get to pick the race shirt color for their team. 

Raffle & silent auction with lots of great prizes, face painting, rock wall, safety fair, and fun for the whole family!
