Central Kansas District 4-H 5K Run Race Description

This will be a 5K Run at scenic Rock City. We are adding a 1K option this year and a Couch Potato entry option (you don't have to run or walk -- just donate your entry fee and get an awesome T-shirt).

All Entries received prior to 6-20-24 will be guaranteed a T-Shirt.

Trophy for top 3 Male and Female in each age group for the 5K.
