Fun Run in the Shade

I always enjoy running this race because it is for a great cause. VBAS is a school serving the needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities and its a great place to run. There is usually only about 50-70 runner/walkers from 6yrs-80yrs old. From very athletic people to the disabled. If you have never ran a 5k and you wanna to try a comfortable one on for size, this is your run. Or the one in the Spring (Crawdad Fest). This is a fun and friendly race.
