Registering for the race was flawless (most races are these days). Parking was a little pricy, but they offered a discount and it was adjacent to the venue. It was nice having the convenience of packet pick-up at the event; making a trip downtown can be expensive and time consuming. The race set-up, start, course and finish was all good. I like when they start a race with playing the “Star Spangled Banner”. It was a nice dated metal, and the after race treats were varied and good (water, half bagel and banana) and several of the sponsors had “treats” as well. The race attendance was on the smallish side; I don’t know why.
