I was very disappointed in the service. I paid for my race but instead of having a receipt sent to my e-mail address which typically happens, it did not come in. I reached out to Don Sechler requesting assistant so that I can have it with me to show proof that I paid. Instead of a simple reply, he replied with a very unprofessional e-mail with an arrogant attitude. I did not appreciate that. I want a full refund and do not wish to participate in the Kutztown runs anymore. Pity too because I was really looking forward to this after a rough COVID 19 year. Unfortunately Don Sechler ruined it for me and my family and my one running buddy who no longer wishes to get involved. He should be ashamed of himself.
