This 5k & fun run is dedicated to raise education and awareness to young men and women 25-45 of Heart Disease. It is the leading killer in the United States. Millions go without knowing who is at risk. I Started this race because Myself Ashley Londrigan single mother of 2 suffered a Heart Attack at 32.
This 5k will take place in Hummelstown, Pa I want to paint this town in a sea of Red, to show support for Americas number silent KILLER! Know your heart. Know the facts, Know the symptoms. Come out and Run for a great cause, and learn more about your own HEART! 100% of the proceeds will go to the American Heart Association for education and awareness.
