Peach Week Fun Run

Peach Week 5k Fun Run to benefit FirstHealth Cancer CARE Fund. 

Ruth Lyman Watkins vision began with the Cancer CARE Fund. Established in 2000, the Cancer CARE Fund was the first of The Foundation of FirstHealth’s Community CARE (Clinical, Advocacy, Resources and Education) Fund. Each of these funds provides support, hope, and safe passage for patients and their families.

100% of the proceeds from this race will go directly to helping our community members navigate cancer needs. 

Cost for this race: $15 all proceeds go to FirstHealth Cancer Care Fund.

You will receive: Ice cream from Stellar Scoops, healthy snack, water bottle, sticker and additional giveaways including a free treat from Chick-fil-A!

Prizes

There will be a ribbon awarded for the top:

• Male and Female Winners over 14
• Male and Female Winners 9-13
• Male and Female Winners 8 & under
• Best Dressed in Peach style Male & Female

Details about the Trail

Enjoy this walk/run along a 5k trails with modest inclines circling the Pinehurst community among the beautiful longleaf pines and community. This trail is gravel and pavement. Strollers are welcome. Please only service animals.

 Cancellations/Refunds:

 No Refunds will be given as this is a charity fundraiser with all funds going directly to the FirstHealth Cancer CARE Fund. We will have no way to refund you.

In the unlikely event the race is cancelled for any reason: gift bags can be picked up for up to 2 weeks after the scheduled event (August 9, 2024) at:
