Raquette River Marathon, Half, 10k, 5k Race Description

The Raquette River Marathon and races are a scenic run along the river.  It is an out and back, rolling hills course.  The event is certified by the USATF and therefore a Boston Qualifier.  

All races start together at 8:30.  Plenty of parking at Pine Street Arena.

Additional details and map below.  There will be restrooms at the start finish and portable johns near both the half marathon turn-around and the marathon turn-around points.  A bag of registration materials will be handed out to all pre-registered athletes that will include their bib and pins, t-shirt, sports drink, granola, fruit, and more.  Water/sports drink stops will exist every 2 miles along the course and at the start finish.  The certificate and map of the course can be found here:  https://certifiedroadraces.com/certificate/?type=m&id=1424

Awards for races are as follows:  10-10:15 am for 5k/10k (age group awards), Half Marathon and Marathon runners will receive medals at finish, but announcements will be made starting at 11:30 for Half and 12:30 for Marathon (continuing as needed).
