Runners World Half to be a miss loved memory

Since its inaugural year, my wife and I have taken part in this running event festival weekend. Dating during its earlier years we would look forward to our "RW Bethlehem getaway" weekend. We enjoyed this weekend so much, it was during the 2014 race I proposed to my wife over the 10k finish line. Since then we have had children which more recently have taken part in the kids race. This weekend to use was always something special and looked forward to. It had grown to be a part of our lives. We have brought family and friends over the years joining our team of runners. Recently we were told the Runner's World Half Marathon and Festival will no longer take place. It pains me to hear this and both my wife and I are very upset to hear this this. We envisioned our kids running along with us someday during this event. Hopefully a race can be reconsidered in the future. Till that time, we thank you for all the fond memories this event has made for us and what the future holds.
