USATF certified course with automated chip timing.
5k Run begins and ends at Pennypack Community Center. The course runs through Hatboro and surrounding neighborhoods with a fast downhill finish. 1 Mile Walk begins and ends at Pennypack Community Center. The course winds through the local neighborhood.
If registered by 9/30/24 long sleeve shirt and guaranteed requested shirt size.

Skeleton Skurry -Hatboro 5K
I have run this race almost every year since its inception. It has always been a lot of fun. It's very festive for the Halloween season. The course has rolling hills and goes right through town in the beginning. People dress up if they like, but the race is competitive and draws some of the best area runners. The after race refreshments are very good. The volunteers are great. I do miss the formal awards ceremony that there used to be. The shirts are also cool. I really like that the price for the race has not skyrocketed as it has for many races. There are many many local races to choose from on this weekend every year, but I always come back to this one.
Very nice event
This is the first time I ran this race and I hope to return every year for as long as I can. It was well staffed and organized and an accurate 5K distance. I'm glad the money raised went to a good cause.
