START TIME: 9:00 AM **Note Low Tide Start Time** LOCATION: Fish Creek Bridge DISTANCE: 3 Miles or 7 Miles REGISTER: Online until 5/10 at 6pm or on race day at 8:00am **Under 13 years must have an adult partner** **Only 18 years and older can run the 7-mile route**
