This is a great event that could be improved by adding structure to the start line. Runners should be at the front, with joggers following and walkers at the back. People with strollers should also be in the back. Walkers should be encouraged to stay to the right and have no more than 3 people walking abreast.
This race is a so much fun and very well organized. Bravo!

Overall I love this race. However, every year there are walkers and people with strollers in the front of the pack instead of the back. Basic race etiquette is faster runners in front and slower-paced runners, walkers, and strollers in the back. Also a reminder at the start to people who are slower or are walking to stay to the right of the course would be nice. We ran into people walking five or more across, basically creating a wall, making it very difficult to pass them. Thank you for a generally pleasant morning run.
