PlusKurves Fluffy Run/Walk

This event is special because it reaches out to the plus size. It challenges the plus sized to get active and a friendly environment because your not the only one running or walking trying to get active. It's motivating see others that look like you striving for the same thing as you. It's encouraging to feel comfortable in your own skin publicly I am on a weight loss journey so I know exactly how it feels first hand running. Wondering what others are thinking. I say let them look, hey let them think about how amazing you are for being bold. Fluffy people can run too. I am raising money to send my pastor to Africa and getting fit while doing it. 

 This run is a little different then most 5k run/walks. It's a team thing. Which means your whole team of four people have to cross the finish line. If yuo are someone active ask someone non active to particpate. It's your job to encourage them. It's time we beat OBESITY. No more will it kill our friends and families. If your someone non active ask your active friends and family to participate with you for support. This race is not about finishing fast it's about simply finishing the run/walk. With that being said we are not timingour first race together. If you want to time yourself then go ahead but I want to make sure everyone is having fun. 

PlusKurves is a plus size womens fitness apperral clothing line. Like I said before I'm on a weightloss journey so I know how hard it is to find comfortable yet attractive fitness wear. I provide fitness clothing. I motivate and encourage people like me to get active and take back their life. This event just makes it known that I'm here in Chico with a positive movement. Money raised in this event will be donated to my church Faith Temple Church Of God In Christ.
