Run, Swim, Crawl, Climb & then some!!
Competitors will run, swim, crawl and climb as this 5K challenge takes them into the mud, water, over walls, rock piles and through the wood. It's all in fun and for a good cause with net proceeds benefiting the Believe in Books Literacy Foundation’s Outreach Reading Program.
Individuals and teams of two, three or four are invited and for kids 12 and under there is the Mini Acre Challenge featuring mini obstacles.
Registration is limited to 250 participants.
WHAT’S THE NEWEST CHALLENGE FOR 2019??
Instead of paying your registration fee upfront this year, you and/or your teammates can set up your own fundraising page! Instead of registering the normal way, you can click on "Free Race Entry" and fundraise the amount of your registration and more! If you don't fund raise at least the amount of your registration fee by race day, you will be charged the remainder a few days before race day. We of course would love for you to fund raise as much as possible to help BIBLF get more books into the hands, hearts and homes of young children in the MWV area and beyond!
The kids' race starts at 9:30am. Starting at 10am, heats for the individual competitors and teams of two, three, and four will depart the starting line every 12 minutes. Winners from each category are determined by best time. Awards will be distributed after the last competitor finishes.
Post race food and entertainment TBD.
The Mini Acre Challenge for kids ages 12 and under is for individuals only. Registration is $10. All kids receive a medal. Prizes awarded to the top 3 male and female in each age group.

I loved it!
I loved everything about the obstacle course. As soon as I finished, I said, " I want to come back next year!" The obstacles pushed my limits just enough. I was able to do everything, but it was challenging, which is perfect! The area is just beautiful! It was well organized and everyone was friendly and helpful.

I loved it!
