Stars of Gold Walk

Join us for the first ever Stars of Gold Walk, taking place rain-or-shine on SUNDAY, September 11th, 2016 from 10 AM-2:00 PM at Pageant Field in Quincy Massachusetts! Your $20 registration fee covers your participation in the 1 mile or 5k walk, and includes an exclusive event t-shirt and access to all performances and an all-day photo booth!  Tickets can be purchased at the event for activities, food samples, and a raffle.

Join as a family--$50 for up to 4 family members.  Create a Team or Individual Fundraising page and challenge your family and friends to support you as you make a difference for kids with cancer! The day includes an awards ceremony where Mayor Koch will award a check to a family facing childhood cancer, and will conclude with prizes for most funds raised, largest team, youngest and oldest participants, and best pet/owner look-alike!

This collaborative event honors September as Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and welcomes several other local nonprofits that serve the childhood cancer community such as Ellie's Hats and Sophia's Fund. By supporting This Star Won't Go Out, you will be directly helping provide financial grants to families with a child diagnosed with cancer. Have fun, take a walk, and change lives!
